By downloading or using the Calibi Sync mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the App. Calibi Sync (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Calibi Sync provides cycle tracking, symptom logging, workout and meal tracking, journaling, and holistic wellness insights. The App helps users understand their bodies and daily patterns for educational and wellness purposes. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law) to use Calibi Sync. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@calibisync.com.
Some features are available through paid subscriptions managed by RevenueCat via the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the terms and conditions of your platform’s store. We do not store or process your payment information directly.

You retain ownership of this data. By using the App, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process and display your entries solely for providing the App’s features.

Calibi Sync provides educational and holistic wellness information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical questions or concerns. Never disregard professional advice because of information found in the App.

All content, design elements, and trademarks within Calibi Sync are owned by or licensed to Calibi Sync and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may also delete your account at any time within the App, which permanently removes your stored data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calibi Sync and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Calibi Sync, its team members, and service providers (including Supabase and RevenueCat) from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Missouri.
